BETHLEHEM – The Eagles upset Christian Brothers Academy 6-1 in league matchup at home.
Bethlehem moves to 2-2-1 in Capital District High School Hockey League play (8-4-1 overall) while the Brothers drop to 5-3 (7-7-1 overall.)
Thomas Liebold had a hat trick for the Eagles while Hayes Meredith added two goals. Their teammate Connor Carroll had two assists and a goal. Jackson Carroll, Tyler Hall and Andrew Kopplin had an assist each in the winning effort.
Goalie Alex Breiner had 21 saves for Bethlehem.
Hunter Pemrick scored CBA’s loan goal on an assist from Andrew Mesick.
CBA goalie Brandon Mohroff had 30 saves.
