We are two Cub Scouts who were helping to pick up trash on Delaware Avenue last Saturday morning for the Bethlehem Community Cleanup. We found cigarette butts everywhere! People who were smoking just threw them on the ground. We think this is annoying and obnoxious! People should put their garbage in garbage cans. If there aren’t enough garbage cans then maybe the Town should put more out.
