Editor, The Spotlight:
On behalf of the Bethlehem Central Community Foundation board of trustees, we thank the volunteers and supporters who helped make this year’s BCCF Homecoming Jamboree an outstanding success! It was a wonderful evening filled with fabulous food, fun activities for kids, and great music from the Hooligans Pep Band.
We are especially grateful to the volunteers from the BCHS Key Club, who manned the bounce house, face painting and food stations at the event. These very responsible young people should make us all proud! In addition, we appreciate the contributions of Jim Gallagher of Jimmy Makes Pizza, Kevin Hotaling of Bounce Alot Party & Music Rentals and the very talented students and teachers of the BCHS Culinary Program.
With the help of these volunteers and supporters, the BCCF raised nearly $1,000 for the Classroom Innovation Grant program in our schools. Their support confirms what we all know—Bethlehem is a truly wonderful community. We hope to see you all again at the BCCF March Madness basketball game and at next year’s Jamboree!
