Favorite Faces, Favorite Places
We’ll be creating a temporary collage at the Library celebrating our community’s favorites and we’d love to include your choices! Send us a photo of your favorite faces or places ([email protected]) and we will add it to the collage. And plan to stop by to see what your fellow community members love in our town!
Take and Make Tuesday
Winter evenings just beg for candlelight. This week’s project will provide you with everything you need to make a soy candle. It’s an easy project intended for teens and adults. Pickup begins at 9 am on Tuesday, Jan. 18. Don’t forget to send us a picture of your creation– [email protected]
Let’s get saucy!
Looking to jazz up your dinner menu? Join us Wednesday, Jan. 19, at 7 p.m. as we try a new sauce (and an accompanying recipe to serve the sauce with). In January we will make Peanut Satay sauce. Get your recipes on Wednesday, Jan. 12. Then, join us on Wednesday, Jan. 19, at 7 pm on Zoom to talk about how it turned out! Register today through the Library’s website under “Events”.
Juice and Jammies
Pop the kids in their jammies and head to the Library after hours on Wednesday, Jan.19, at 6:30 p.m. for an indoor, socially distanced after-hours storytime. This month we’ll be talking about winter birds. Stuffed animals are optional! Register today through the Library’s website under “Events.”
