The Bethlehem Lions Club recently completed its 33rd annual Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale.
The sale was very successful in spite of a shorter season and extreme weather conditions.
Funds from the sale will provide eyeglasses and hearing aids for those in need, scholarships for graduating seniors, projects with Bethlehem Senior Services such as the File of Life, sponsorship of a little league team and support for other community organizations.
Our thanks to 3D Rigging and Construction who once again provided the sale site on Route 9W; The Town of Bethlehem Highway Department who provided fencing; Our Towne Bethlehem magazine for advertising; and Young Landscapes for providing wooden pallets used for tree stands.
A special note of thanks to Young Landscapes for clearing the heavy snow from the lot and to the members of the Delmar Fire Department who gave up their Sunday morning to assist with the unloading of the trees.
Thanks to everyone who supports the annual sale and continues to make it a success.
