How to become a healthy vegan … even if you love cheese
Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 6 p.m.
In this talk, we’re going to go over the four most common issues that keep people from truly owning their nutrition, taking charge of their wellness, and stopping or reversing their health issues the healthy vegan way.
From where you get your protein, having no idea what you’ll actually eat, being intimidated by new foods, and even how you would give up cheese, there are solutions.
Presented by Kristin Kulow, M.S., a health and wellness coach who’s been raising a healthy vegan family for seven years.
Among her qualifications, she has a certificate in plant-based nutrition and diabetes prevention lifestyle coaching.
