No two customers are alike, so why should their hairstyles be alike?
At Purity Hair Design in Voorheesville, every stylist works with their clients to create a hairstyle they will love.
“The stylist will take the time to do a detailed, customized consultation with the client to discuss the cut and color that will fit into their lifestyle, their profession, their face shape and the amount of time they want to take to maintain that style,” said Purity owner Amanda Scalzo.
Purity uses Aveda hair products on all of their customers.
“It’s a naturally derived product, which is why people come into our salon,” said Scalzo.
All of Scalzo’s stylists are trained to use Aveda products to produce the hair style and color that their customers are seeking.
“There’s a level of knowledge that people can expect from our stylists,” said Scalzo. “They’ll walk the client through the whole process. It’s all about creating an experience for our clients in the salon.”
Aveda products are made in the United States, and they do not test their products on animals. Ninety-eight percent of the content in Aveda products are from natural sources.
