I truly enjoy meeting clients at consultations and helping them ease their fears of downsizing. One meeting I had last week struck a cord and brought back the feeling of why I decided to go into this business.

Today… was just one out of many days that I was granted the privilege to spend with you.
The excitement I have when I listen to my clients has been present since my first consultation for Organize Senior Moves 10 years ago.

Today…was a special day because you welcomed me into your home of 73 years. It rejuvenated feelings of love and passion I have towards my job.

Today… made me feel as though it was my first consultation as we sat down at your kitchen table, a special place your family has sat around, sharing laughs, tears, and homecooked meals for many years.  You begin opening up to me about your fears of leaving your house: your comfort, your life.

With caution, I tell you how we, as Senior Moving Managers, can help you climb this mountain, one step at a time.

Today… I was in the moment with you as you told me the precious details of your life. One of your accomplishments is being a mother to eight beautiful children; now adults with their own children.

Today… I made a promise to you. I will get you through this process of downsizing all those special items and memories. During this transition, we will gently pack all of your special belongings and unpack them with care while we set them up in your new place. Being surrounded by the things you love will bring you comfort and make it feel like home.

Our team will handle this process with love, care, and trust, as if you were our own mother. I will call your children to say hi and introduce myself, so I’m not a stranger. I will tell them that I, myself, am a mother of two who I love with all my heart and I will guide you all through this process. We will
