ALBANY — Everyone wishes their plumber or heating specialist could be there on a whim. Farrell Brothers is getting closer than ever to making that wish come true.

The Albany-based business has teamed up with big brands One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® to continue giving local customers the Farrell service they’ve come to know and love.

“We’re proud that after a stringent evaluation by One Hour and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, we exceeded their high standards for skilled technicians, plumbers and knowledgable staff, backed by an exceptional level of customer support,” owner Randy Rowe said.

Have no fear; the partnership will not change the small business mindset that Rowe and his team have continued to provide. Now, the businesses are able to work together to provide fair and competitive pricing, stronger warranties, better customer service and enhanced support.

“The great folks at One Hour and Benjamin Franklin have access to our schedules and in an emergency, will be able to get us to you so much quicker than our original answering service,” Rowe explained. “They’ve also provided us with top-notch training seminars and resources so we can hire more staff who will value your business as much as we do.”

Rowe explained the training can have a novice out on the road giving quality service in about six months.

“As long as you are somewhat mechanically inclined and do not mind getting your hands dirty, you could do well in training and make a great living in the business,” he continued.

Rowe concluded the partnership empowers Farrell Brothers to continue the hard work they do.

“We are excited to continue the transition and have the resources we need, while still being the local business you’ve come to know and love,” Rowe said.
