COLONIE- The four men who were arrested for kidnapping their coworker and torturing him in a Colonie motel have all been arraigned before judges.

Dallas Fox, 43, Michael Grimmett, 32, and Mark Skaggs, 33, were charged with one count of kidnapping, one count of attempted gang assault, and one count of attempted assault. They were arraigned before Albany County judge Roger McDonough this morning, according to a press release from the Albany County District Attorney’s office. The fourth man, Shane McCallister, faces all of the same charges. He was arraigned on Friday, June 24 before McDonough.

About two weeks ago, the defendants were arrested after Colonie police received a call that said the four men were holding a coworker captive in the Days Inn at Airport Park Boulevard. The four men allegedly beat the victim with their fists and feet, and also stabbed and bit him. The victim was hospitalized at Albany Medical Center.

All of the defendants have pleaded not guilty. They are currently in custody at the Albany County Correctional Facility.
