Three men have been arrested and charged in connection to a burglary of the QWIX Mart on Delaware Turnpike in Clarksville.
State Police said Christopher Slatcher, 19, of Clarksville, and Dylan Loucks, 17, of Voorheesville, allegedly forced their way into the store around 1 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 7. The two then allegedly stole approximately $200 worth of cigarettes, according to police.
Slatcher and Loucks were arrested and each charged with burglary in the third degree, a felony. Both were arraigned and remanded to Albany County jail.
Scott Hill, 20, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor, according to police. Hill was arraigned and released.
State Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
