A Vermont woman was stopped for allegedly speeding and police discovered she had a stun gun and several suspensions on her driver’s license, according to police.
State Police stopped Domonique S. Bethea-Coard on Tuesday, July 23, on the Northway in the Town of Colonie and allegedly found a stun gun inside her purse. Police said she also had four suspensions on her driver’s license.
Bethea-Coard arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
She was processed, posted $200 pre-arraignment bail and was scheduled to appear in Colonie Town Court on Wednesday, July 31.
