State Police arrested a Vermont man on the Thruway in Bethlehem after he was allegedly found to be under the influence of and in possession of ketamine.
Xuan Chen, 22, of South Burlington, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree on Monday, July 8, after troopers stopped to check on a disabled motorist. Police said he had 3 grams of the drug.
Chen was arraigned in the Town of Bethlehem Court and remanded to Albany County jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
