A Supreme Court Justice for the Second Judicial District was arrested for a DWI in the Town of Colonie on Thursday, Oct. 18, according to New York State Police.
Carl J. Landicino, 47, of Yorktown Heights, was seen driving aggressively and stopped at approximately 4:06 p.m. on I-87 southbound. Police said they noticed signs of impairment. They asked Landicino to do standardized field sobriety testing, which he failed. Landicino refused to submit to a chemical test, police said.
Landicino was charged with DWI and refusal to take a breathalyzer test as well as multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law charges. He was arraigned in the Village of Menands and released, with a court date of Monday, Oct. 29.
