A Cohoes man was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison on Thursday, July 5, for a December beating that proved fatal, according to Albany District Attorney David Soares.
Mark Richardson, 53, previously pleaded guilty to one count of murder in the second degree and one count of robbery in the second degree, both felonies, according to information from Soares’ office.
According to information from Soares’ office, Richardson assaulted a Cohoes woman and fatally beat a Cohoes man on Dec. 30, 2011.
