GLENMONT — There will be an Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraiser on Dec. 14, 2019, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. to support Tri-Village Nursery School. This event is open to the public and will take place in Applebee’s Grill and Bar in Glenmont.
Breakfast consists of three pancakes, two slices of bacon and unlimited beverages of orange juice and coffee or tea. Patrons can have a second helping of two pancakes and one slice of bacon. There will also be a raffle with quite a few nice prizes from local businesses.
Tri-Village Nursery School, established in 1947, is a non-profit cooperative nursery school serving over 100 families in the Town of Bethlehem and surrounding communities. As one of the largest and longest established cooperative nursery schools in the area, the school helps to prepare children for kindergarten by offering an enriching preschool experience. The Board of Trustees strives to keep tuition costs affordable for our families; therefore, it asks businesses in the community for help with fundraising and social events. The pancake breakfast serves as both a social event for all Bethlehem area families and fundraising event for the school.
