ALBANY – The Express Saving Discount Store is now open for business.
A ribbon cutting was held at the shop owned by Shue Chen and located at 255 New Scotland Ave. on Wednesday Feb. 1.
It’s open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and features Asian snacks, toys, household items, school supplies and housewares.
