DELMAR — Calling all Bethlehem businesses!
The 2016 Holiday Season is right around the corner, and the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce provides two great ways to shop local via its Think Buy Local program.
The Holiday Shopping Card is like a “Bethlehem Black Friday” card – it provides local businesses the opportunity to provide a discount or special offer that kicks off on Small Business Saturday (Nov. 26 and is valid through Dec. 31).
Help your business stand out amid the frenzy of Black Friday shopping by participating in this local program. In addition to driving extra business towards your store, shop or restaurant, it extends your business the chance to get your company name in front of the public eye during this busy retail period.
Businesses receive the following promotion:
Business name and offer listed on Holiday Shopping Card
10,000 printed cards are distributed via The Spotlight and throughout the community at key locations (including the Delmar Turkey Trot and the Tuesday and Saturday Farmers Markets)
Companies receive additional exposure via online promotion, local print ads and grassroots community advertising – the chamber lists all businesses and offers on their website (www.bethlehemchamber.com), including a link to your website; several print ads will be run in local publications in November and December; and the Chamber will promote the card to Chamber members and the community via their E-Newsletter and Facebook page
The card is open to all businesses, members and non-members alike. Contact the Chamber for details at [email protected].
And don’t forget about the Shop BETHLEHEM Gift Card – it’s the perfect gift this holiday season. Available in any denomination from $5-$500, cards can be used just like cash at a variety of local businesses, including restaurants, retail stores, salons, service providers and more. The card highlights our local businesses and keeps revenue here in the Bethlehem community. Cards can be purchased online, in the Chamber office, or at the local Farmers Markets (check out website to see when we will be at the markets this fall.
