ALBANY — Tuesday nights at Jennings Landing can sometimes offer spectacular exhibitions of performers dancing in tandem with fire. Called Spin Jam, fire performers dance under the canopy of a starry sky before a small gathering of people, some of whom bring drums and guitars to provide an unscripted score to a production that goes on for hours.
