GUILDERLAND — New York State Police are looking for a 24-year-old Guilderland man whom they believe has been “conducting fraudulent banking activities” in the Capital District.
According to a press release, Cameron Dobbs is being pursued by Latham Barracks investigators for multiple felony charges, including criminal possession of a forged instrument and grand larceny. He is wanted by State Police for “possessing fake checks from his previous employer and depositing them into multiple accounts through mobile deposits.
Dobbs graduated from Guilderland High School in 2012 and was on the basketball team, even being named “Male Athlete of the Week” by Troy Record in December 2011.
