ALBANY – A 32-year-old Troy man was arrested after a month-long investigation for selling heroin.

According to Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple, his deputies and members of the Troy Police Department executed a search warrant on the Seventh Avenue home of James Kyser and seized 66 glassine bags containing heroin, 83 Xanax pills, marijuana and $2,555 in cash along with packaging material and digital scale.
He is charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance – allegedly throughout Albany and Rensselaer counties – and arraigned in Green Island Town Court.
He was remanded ot the Albany County jail and additional charges are pending.
