COLONIE – Four men are facing drug charges after State Police made a traffic stop in the town on Tuesday, Jan. 23.
According to the State Police, 25-year-old Eric Cipolla, of Ballston Spa, is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance. He allegedly had more than 500 mg of cocaine on his possession.

Also arrested was the driver, 27-year-old

Gary Garafalo of Saratoga Springs, 36-year-old Quentin Pinkney of Albany and 24-year-old John Bellon of North Creek.
All three were charged with the misdemeanor of criminal possession of a controlled substance and Garafalo was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
Cipolla and Garafalo were arraigned in Colonie Town Court and remanded on bail to the Albany County jail. Bellon and Pinkney were issued appearance tickets.
