ALBANY – A Berne man is under arrest for allegedly spending $1,705 of his employer’s money at a strip club.
According to Sheriff Craig Apple, the employer contacted police on Wednesday, Jan. 17, to report William Rodgers used a company credit card at Shenanigans, a Colonie Gentlemen’s Club.
The name of the employer is not being released at this time.
The 35-year-old Rodgers was located and charged with felony grand larceny.
He is slated to re-appear in Colonie Town Court on Monday, Jan. 22.
