SCHENECTADY — Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady was presented last night with the Chamber of Schenectady County’s Community Impact Award.
The award was presented at the Chamber’s 29th Annual Business Awards, which was attended by the Capital Region business community and held at the Glen Sanders Mansion in Scotia. The Chamber of Schenectady County is an affiliate of the Capital Region Chamber.
“The Community Impact Award is a testament to the dedication of all our team members, and I want to salute every member of our team who works to make a positive difference in the Capital Region,” said Rivers Casino & Resort General Manager Mary Cheeks. “It’s truly an honor for our organization to be included in this ceremony along with other leaders in the business community, including the late Chuck Steiner, whose steadfast efforts brought so much positive energy to Schenectady and the region.”
