ALBANY – A 39-year-old Delmar woman is under arrest for having more than one pound of marijuana.
On Monday, April, 24, State Police stopped Jaime L. Greenfield on Route 9W at around 10:21 p.,m. for traffic violations.
While troopers were interviewing her, “evidence to conduct a probable cause search of the vehicle was established,” according to a press release, and more than one pound of marijuana was allegedly found in her vehicle.
She was charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana and multiple vehicle and traffic infractions.
She was taken to Albany County jail and was slated to be arraigned in Albany County Court on Tuesday, April 25, at 9 a.m.
