ALBANY COUNTY Majority Leader Frank Commisso will serve another four years at the helm of Albany County Legislature’s democratic caucus, after weathering the only challenge he has faced since he was elected to the leadership position 22 years ago. The vote, taken on the evening of Thursday, Dec. 10, was 17-0-1, after a reformist contingent simply chose not to show up. (Incoming legislator for the 8th district, Lynne Lekakis, is rumored to be the single abstention.)
