This summer, The Children’s Museum of Science and Technology is offering teenagers the opportunity to volunteer and share their summer helping kids get excited about science. Individuals between the ages of 14 and 18 are suitable to volunteer and need a parent/guardian’s permission to help out from June 25-Aug. 31.
The volunteer program requires an initial commitment of 48 hours and a minimum of 3 hours every other weekend. An application is required; please note if you have a previous volunteering experience.
Volunteers will also need to fill out a form regarding a reference (teacher, counselor, coach, etc.). All information must be returned to the Museum, 250 Jordan Road, Troy, NY. For more information call 235-6836, email [email protected], or click here for an application form.
