A fire ripped through a Selkirk home, leaving the house with significant damage.
The fire was first reported Wed. Dec. 21 at 1:37 p.m. at 83 Fairlawn Drive at the Elm Estates.
Bethlehem Supervisor Sam Messina said no one was injured. The home sustained severe damage, and police were working to find an elderly resident of the home a place to stay.
Crews from Selkirk, Elsmere and Delmar responded to the fire, which was under control by late afternoon.
Bethlehem police said they were conducting an investigation into the fire, but had no other details.
