The state’s highest court is set to field arguments from lawyers for Christopher Porco this afternoon as the convicted killer seeks a new trial.
Porco’s attorney, Terence Kindlon, will be arguing that it was incorrect to allow jurors to hear testimony that Joan Porco identified her son as her attacker as she lay gravely wounded in her Bethlehem home in 2004. Christopher Porco was convicted of attempting to murder her and murdering his father in 2006 and sentenced to 46 years to life in prison.
