A Glenmont man was arrested on Leandra’s Law charges early this morning following a traffic stop on the Thruway.
State Police said Michael Mall, 33, of Glenmont, was driving southbound in a 1999 Jeep shortly after midnight when troopers saw the vehicle being operated erratically. Mall had his two children, ages seven and one, in the car with him and was found to have a BAC of 0.13 percent, according to police.
In addition to the felony DWI charge, Mall was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and vehicle and traffic law infractions.
Mall was released to family members after being arraigned and is due back in Bethlehem Town Court on June 21.
