Clifton Park’s free yard waste pick-up for town residents starts Friday, April 1.
Through an agreement with the town and County Waste, collections will continue weekly through November every Monday, Tuesday or Friday.
Leaves and brush will be collected in brown paper yard waste bags only. No yard waste will be collected from garbage cans. Small, bundled brush that is less than 4 feet long and 3 inches in diameter will also be collected.
To keep the streets and lawns neat and clean, bagged leaves and brush should not be placed out for collection until the night before the pick-up day. Residents south of Kinns Road will have pick-up on Monday or Tuesday. Collections north of Kinns Road will be on Friday.
