State Police in Queensbury arrested a Lake George woman on multiple charges after responding to a domestic disturbance call, according to police reports.
Jessica Eaton, 31, was arrested for criminal mischief in the fourth degree, menacing in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, possession of a hypodermic needle, all misdemeanors, and violation of harassment in the second degree, according to police reports.
On Sunday, Feb. 6, State Police in Queensbury were called to a residence on Morgan Court in the Town of Lake George around 2:30 p.m. for a domestic disturbance between the complainant and her adult daughter. When troopers arrived, the complainant explained that she had come home, found her house forcibly entered, medication stolen and property damaged, police said. She also found her 31-year-old daughter, Eaton, in the residence and when the complainant tried to call police initially, the daughter threatened her and chased the complainant from the house, knocked her down in the driveway and struck her in the head a few times, according to police reports.
Troopers located Eaton in the bathroom of the residence with pills and a hypodermic needle, according to police reports.
