William J. Hoffay of Mechanicville was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 28, and charged with burglarizing the Agway store located in the Town of Brunswick, according to State Police reports.
According to police reports, the burglary occurred on Aug.20 and the arrest was the result of a State Police investigation which included analysis of DNA left at the scene. Hoffay was arraigned in the Town of Brunswick Court and remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail with no bail.`
