State Police in Saratoga arrested a 22-year-old man on felony charges for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old female, according to police reports.
Jeremy W. Allen, of Schuylerville, was arrested after an investigation into a trespass complaint in the Town of Saratoga revealed Allen was having sex with the underage female, according to police reports.
Allen was charged with two counts each of rape in the second degree and criminal sexual act in the second degree, felonies. Allen was remanded to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
