The Colonie Police Department has begun searching Leo F. Tracy,81, who went missing the morning of Monday, August 2.
Tracey, whose nickname is Homer, was last seen at 9:30 a.m. leaving his home on Boght Rd. on his way to his favorite restaurant, Duncan’s Dairy at 890 Hoosick Rd. Police said He did not make it to the restaurant and his whereabouts are currently unknown.
Tracey was said to have been driving a grey 2006 Pontiac G6 four door sedan with the license plate number DPE2401.
Police also reported that Tracey suffers from diabetes, for which he requires medication and is said to become disoriented if he does not take them, as well as possibly Alzheimer’s disease.
Tracey is said to be a white male, 5’8`, 171 pounds with tattoos on his upper left arm of a lion’s head and an anchor on his left wrist and was last seen wearing a yellow short-sleeve shirt, green shorts, a green `Irish` baseball cap and sandals, according to Police.
