Former Bureau Chief for Gannett Capital News Service and Delmar resident Jay Gallagher will be taking a look at the current state of New York government Sunday, April 11, in an event entitled Can New York Be Saved? at the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Albany.
Gallagher’s talk will focus on the most recent problems of state government`ethics scandals, the budget deficit, upcoming November elections and other current issues. Gallagher has a 26-year history in Albany.
