Garth Logan, 33, and Amy Reese, 37, of 1101 Hickory Hill Road, Fort Plain, were arrested on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance on Tuesday, Dec. 29 on Route 5 in Glenville, according to police reports.
Logan and Reese were arrested by Glenville Police Detectives William Gallop and Michael Lamb after they were stopped on Route 5 and found to be in possession of crack cocaine. Logan was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree for possession of about two grams of crack cocaine while Reese was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree for having less than a half of gram of crack cocaine, according to police reports.
Both were released on their own recognizance.`
