Two fall staples are hosting events in the coming weeks:
Indian Ladder Farms
October 2009 Book a Pumpkin Picking Party this month! Take a hayride out to our large pumpkin patch in the hay wagon and choose your favorite pumpkin, then return to the Farm Market to enjoy the rest of the festivities.
November 2009 It’s time to start thinking about the holidays. Place your orders for holiday pies, made from our own apples and pumpkins piled high in our homemade crust.
November 21 – 22, 2009 Let’s Give Thanks Weekend. Come shop in our Farm Market for all your Thanksgiving needs. From nuts to potatoes, we carry everything but the turkey! We will offer samples of our homemade apple pie this weekend.
November 27, 2009 Christmas trees arrive today. Create a new family tradition at Indian Ladder Farms. Find the perfect tree (grown in the Schoharie Valley), or pick up locally made kissing balls and wreaths. Take a hike through the apple orchard, then stop in at the Farm Market to warm up with a hot drink (cider or chocolate) and, of course, some of our famous cider doughnuts. While you’re here, you can pick up any last minute gifts you may need from the Farm Market.
