The Guilderland Planning Board will hear a presentation update on the hamlet development Dutchmen Acres on Wednesday, Oct. 14, at Town Hall.
The development is proposed for School Road across from Guilderland High School and is slated for 34 lots, according to the district’s Web site.
Chris Meyer is presenting to the board regarding the zoned County Hamlet development.
