The Saratoga County Green Committee will be holding a green building forum during its regularly scheduled monthly meeting, Wednesday, July 29, at 7 p.m. in the Milton Community Center, Chairman and Saratoga Springs Supervisor Matthew Veitch announced today.
The benefits of green building, along with available incentives, grants and loans will be discussed with a panel of experts including Mike Phinney of Phinney Design, Frank Laskey of Capital Construction and Mark DeChiro of NYSERDA.
Both residential and commercial building will be discussed, as well as programs like LEED, ANSI and Energy Star.
The forum is open to the public.`
