A head-on collision between two cars, one of which had out-of-state license plates, occurred during the rush hour last night on the corner of Adams Street and Kenwood Avenue, backing up traffic to the Four Corners and beyond.
Bethlehem police and emergency crews quickly arrived on the scene as officers directed traffic for commuters driving home. No one appeared to be hurt, but the vehicles blocked one lane of the roadway until tow trucks arrived to take them away.
There was fluid and debris left behind on the scene from the vehicles, which was cleaned up by the Delmar Fire Department.
There has been no official word on the cause of the accident and whether or not either of the drivers will be charged at this time.
