The Albany County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the arrest of a Voorheesville man caught taking digital photographs of an 18-year-old woman inside of a bathroom.
Keith B. Miller, 41, of 29 South Main Street, Voorheesville, was charged on Sunday, Feb. 22, with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a class E felony. Miller candidly photographed the victim inside his home with a digital camera, according to police.
The complaint alleges that he photographed the woman while she was inside of a bathroom of Miller’s residence, and, when she caught him taking the photos from an exterior window, she confronted Miller and then left the residence.
The Albany County Sheriff’s said the woman contacted their department, which ultimately led to Miller’s arrest. He was issued an appearance ticket and is expected to appear in Voorheesville Village Court on March 30 at 6 p.m.
