The Bethlehem Central School District is holding the first of four public forums on its upcoming budget tonight at 7 p.m. at the Bethlehem Middle School library, 332 Kenwood Ave., in Delmar.
All four meetings will take place at the middle school library and will begin at 7 p.m.
A variety of budget topics will be discussed as school administrators say they will hold an open dialogue with community residents about the school budget to be voted on in May.
Residents will be able to ask question and give input to the school district on its budget process.
According to Gov. David Paterson’s proposed state budget, schools around New York are expected to receive significantly less state aid than last year. This includes Bethlehem Central and other area schools.
