Bethlehem Police made several arrests after they received a report of gunfire at a Glenmont home on Tuesday, August 26, at 10:08 p.m., according to police reports.
Officers responded to 486 Feura Bush Rd., Glenmont, when a report of a women screaming and a gunshot were heard, the report states. A police investigation revealed a dispute between some of the people at the residence and during the altercation a shotgun was fired, according to police.
According to police reports, Bethlehem Police arrested Umer F. Kiani, 25 of Glenmont, for assault in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree, both felonies, as wells as the misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
They arrested Mohammed A. Kiani, 22, of Delmar, for Assault in the third degree and an immigration violation, the reports state.
Harvey J. Wells, 19, of Clifton Park and Keirstyn L. Obrien, 18, of Troy were also arrested on the violation charges of trespassing, according to police.
