Congressional candidate Jim Buhrmaster will be unable to attend the forum scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 12, due to his obligations as a member of the Schenectady County Legislature.
Buhrmaster, R-21st District, will be attending a public hearing on the Schenectady County Community College budget, and a meeting of the County Legislature of which he is a member, according to a statement from Josh Hills, a spokesman for Buhrmaster.
Unfortunately, because of his responsibility as an elected official in Schenectady County, Mr. Buhrmaster will not be able to attend the forum sponsored by the Capital District Alliance for Universal Healthcare, according to Hills’ written statement.
