An afternoon of fun and recreation will be on tap for Milton residents on Sunday, August 10, as the town celebrates the annual Town of Milton Day from noon to 4 p.m. at Burgess Kimball Memorial Park.
There will be a number of family friendly activities such as pony rides, a petting zoo, clowns, a bouncy bounce and arts and crafts. Free food will be served until 3 p.m., and volunteers from the town’s park department will be on hand to work with kids. Town Supervisor Frank Thompson described the event as being all around fun.
The totally free event is made possible through funding from the town, though there will be a 50-50 raffle and other contests and games.
