An evening of family fun is in store for residents of the Town of Malta as the 10th Annual Family Night approaches.
The event will be on Wednesday, August 6 from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Shenantaha Creek Park.
Activities are to include face painting, pony rides, a petting zoo, a bounce house and tae kwon do demonstrations. Town officials will be on hand to cook up free food for all. Free T-shirts will even be handed out.
It’s like a mini-community day for kids, said Parks and Recreation Director Audrey Ball, whose department organizes the event.
A grant from the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors helps to make the event free of charge.
