After nearly a month-long investigation, three individuals were arrested last night for vandalizing two South Colonie baseball fields on June 22.
According to Lt. Detective John VanAlstyne, Anthony Falcone, 21, and two juveniles, whose ages and names were not disclosed, were identified through the investigation and arrested Tuesday (July 9) night.
Falcone was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, as well as criminal trespassing and unlawfully dealing with a minor. According to VanAlstyne, his felony charges could be punishable with over a year in jail.
The minors, he said, will be sentenced in family court. They are also charged with second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespassing.
