The five-week online book group, reading and discussing Richard Rothstein’s The Color of Law. will be led by Albany Law Professor Serena Joyce White-Lake and University at Albany Professor and public historian David Hochfelder. Wednesdays, 6- 7:30 pm. It begins Sept. 29 with a documentary viewing, Race: The Power of an Illusion, The House We Live In (Episode 3) and an introduction to the book The Color of Law. Discussion continues October 13 & 20, November 3 & 10, with the final session including a panel discussion,  The Roots of Structural Racism: Residential Segregation in the United States.  Sponsored by League of Women Voters of Albany County and Albany Public Library.
