CELEBRATE LABOR DAY WEEKEND WITH A FREE OUTDOOR JAZZ CONCERT
Here’s a great way for Town of Bethlehem residents, and their friends to enjoy a joyful outdoor gathering:
What: FREE JAZZ Concert and reception sponsored by Bethlehem Neighbors. Featuring the Linda Brown Jazz Project with Teresa Broadwell – violin/ vocals, Mike Novakowski – guitar, Linda E. Brown – bass, Mark Foster – drums
When: Saturday, September 2nd from 12:30-2:30PM ~ Performance time 1-2PM, Rain or Shine
Before and after – Mix & mingle with Bethlehem Neighbors members. We’ll provide free refreshments – cold drinks before the concert & ice cream after. Use your own chairs or blankets for lawn seating or sit at the picnic tables in the Pavilion. Bring your own picnic lunch if you wish!
Where: Rear Pavilion at the Bethlehem YMCA. 900 DELAWARE AVE, DELMAR
(Ample parking available near the pavilion)
Featuring the LINDA BROWN JAZZ PROJECT, “ LABOR OF LOVE: A Celebration of Live Music.”
The performance appeals to all ages, is upbeat, melodic, educational, and entertaining.
Thanks to the Albany Musicians’ Association, Local 14, the concert is sponsored by the Music Performance Trust Fund.
